Ninth Space is built on almost three decades of experience inside global retained Executive Search and Financial Services leadership markets, spanning the United States, the United Kingdom, and international financial centres. The practice was founded by Steven Salter, drawing on a career shaped by senior hiring decisions across complex, regulated, and performance driven environments.
This includes leadership roles within global search firms, building and scaling multi million pound search businesses, and work at fund level within private equity environments, partnering directly with investors and leadership teams on growth, performance, and value creation. This provides a practical understanding of how leadership decisions are made inside commercially driven organisations, where risk, reputation, and performance sit side by side.
